prep and apply two coats rustoleum primer with brush= 5+hours :mecry:

trip to lowes to buy a Wagner Optimus power painter plus=1 hour :thinkerg:

Use the wagner to lay down rustoleum flat black hitting EVERY NOOK AND CRANNY=10 minutes :bigthumb:

No thinning needed, oil paint was thick so one spray is about like four coats at once. No running, smooth as a powdercoat, barely even see the welds now. Very happy. :rocker:

Installed today, very easy. I did not powder coat, but the finish came out great anyways with a little experimentation. Thanks All-Pro!!!

Nice! Unfortunately weather around my part of town is :boohoo::flame::mecry: so I won't paint mine like I wanted to. BUT i WILL copy your grip tape idea :thinkerg: good idea

Looks great. My sliders look similar to the all-pros and i did the same thing with the grip tape. I thought about bedliner material but i always drag my calf across the rail so i dunno if i want to go that route.
