Nice pics John! I have mine up on facebook, I just haven't uploaded them to photobucket yet. I'll have them up sometime this week.
How did the Skids hold up? They look a little bent?
This the hardest trail I have been on as well, I took the yellow trail that we started on before but It wasn't this hard! I am pretty impressed that we all did pretty darn well. Bring on more Red's!!

The locker put me sideways, I needed it to get up that far but should have turned it off. Oh well haha

Yeah, a person would probably wonder why we had to winch up that last obstacle if they just watched the video...that was gnarly though. Spenser, you had a great line at the end if that locker wouldn't have kicked you out. I will have to get up John's video for comparison.

Another great video John! Sorry for backing up right in front of you.
No problem, I would never go all Christian Bale on you :)
That was your close up!

Nice big black FJ in the second vid, but I have to know, what did you cut out?
Ha, nothing bad really..Just a conversation between John and Nick (I think, tall skinny kid with blue shirt) that was directly to my side. They were just having a personal talk about Moab and FJ's and such...decided to keep things private for them and take it out...honestly I don't think we caught any profanity on tape for once.

Nice video John! Ha ha looks like I can't crawl up 2" rocks in that video! Gotta learn how to use A-trac as well, to busy holding on to that dang break pedal. You have the right idea going with a different t-case Spenser, would help SOOOOO much!! But for 2 grand I think I'll stick with the skinny pedal. He he!

First off, all you guys did some amazing driving! But, I know what you mean when I watch the videos. There are so many shots where we are stacking rocks when it looks like you are just climbing over a curb. The previous video from the green trails looks 10x harder than the recent red trail footage...I guess I'll have to turn off the "rock shrinking" setting on the camera next time. That trail was down right tough...period.

I think that the depth perception of the rocks is thrown off when the FJ front bash plate approaches an obstacle. It makes all the day light disappear between the obstacle and the skid plate, thus giving the impression that the FJ looks like it's sitting really low. With a solid axle you can see the light over the top of the axle between the suspension and the body giving a better representation of the obstacle...at least that is the story I am sticking to.

If someone gave me $10K right now exclusively for the FJ...SAS for me
