What bumper/winch combo? It would have to be pretty dang heavy to need the heavy duty springs. I second Alton, put the bumper/winch on and then decide. You may be happy with it. It will most likely just smooth out the ride in the front a little bit. If you get a lot of brake dive, then you may want to go to a heavier coil, but I doubt it.
