I've yet to call, but expressing my discontent with the ship dates Autoanything claims at checkout, versus the 5 week later delivery email I've gotten on two recent purchases. First was liners for two vehicles. No big deal that one set was 4 weeks later than checkout claimed. This purchase was Hi Lift jack that's supposed to be a surprise bday gift from kids. Checkout claimed ship 4/8 to 4/10. Email sent says expected 5/22. Only purchased through them to make it easy for my wife, and it'll be the last if I can't cancel. If the technology exists for them to email me 5 times a day, vehicle specific specials, then I know it exists for inventory management, though I'm sure they're simply an etailer. I wouldn't think twice about if it weren't for the fact that kids were excited to finally have gift ideas (they like the new TOY, too) and the Gobi it'll mount to won't be here for 3-4 weeks, supposedly, but I can't help but think there's a better way to track actual shipping dates. Ok, I'm done.
