I was going over ledges and I learned that the All Pro TCase skid is not strong enough. I did not slam down on this but slid over the skid on a sandstone ledge and you can see the results. If I can get it straightened I am going to need to get it reinforced.... So much for my $400.00 skid holding up! I have not discussed this with AP yet.

That is some major bendage. I have the allpro TC skid and no probs so far. Some dents but no bendage like the pics above.

Well, look on the bright side, at least it's the skid plate that got bent and not the transfer case.:bigthumb:

If you look at the skid it is the section that sticks down to protect the crossover pipe that has taken a beating. The rest of it has barely been touched.
