[Wookie]

I know there are a bunch of threads on hitch cargo racks, but I can't seem to find one that is right for me. I'd like an inexpensive ($100.00-$150.00) cargo rack with side rails that I can use to carry camping equipment, firewood, or a cooler. My biggest concerns are clearing the spare tire, and the exhaust heating up my cooler/wood. I would also like the best fit possible in the hitch, but I think I could resolve this with an anti-slop hitch pin. Any suggestions are much appreciated!
