bumper is a little scratched and has two holes drilled in for fog lights...
hard cover is in good condition... cross bar is in great condition.

okay sorry for the late replies... i finally took the bottom silver piece off and the wings....
i will ship those.... hard cover. i don't know about.
the hard cover has a flat 'kind of textured" surface. I'm not a fan of the hard covers, but i'd assume this would work on 16-17" and is lockable. someone could paint something on there...
let me know what your offer is... and then i'll add in the shipping.
been really busy unpacking and selling yard stuff on craigslist...
