So, we picked up a Nice little TearDrop camper. (UPDATE, Yes, this is the same Camper, we have made a few Changes)

We are making our journey from Minnesota to the FJ Summit arriving in Ouray on July 17th.
We have booked a Condo to stay in for our time in Ouray.

So, we were thinking about renting out our teardrop to the right person(s).

It is small. It's a place to sleep.(Queen size memory foam mattress, sleeps 2 very nicely) (You would need to bring your own bed linens)
There is a galley in the back with Cast iron Pots and Pans. Dishware, etc.
Deep Cell battery with Power inverter (And solar panel setup to charge the battery)
Roof top vent/fan, interior lighting, AC power inside sleeping area.
12x12 canopy, and 3x3 privacy shower room.

Again, we would be willing to rent this to the RIGHT person(s). Likely would need to be someone we have meet / know from the summit or a very good reference of someone we know!

Open to suggestions on what to charge for this as well!

Email me if interested or to discuss! tstorm @ gmail . com

You should just stay in your trailer and save the condo money for something else. Isn`t that why you got a trailer anyway :)

That is the plan likely for next year.

We have 3 of us, and possibly a 4th coming this year. (On the way down, my son will be sleeping in the FJ, if we dont have a 4th)
This is also nearly a 2 week roadtrip for us, so the condo is a nice break in the middle! (Showering is GOOD!)

:)

LOL... 3 to 4 in a tear drop would be more than a little cramped :)

OK we are weeks away from the summit and the teardrop has had many upgrades. Tonight probably being the best one, a really nice ceiling fan.

Rain detector, reversible airflow, 14 speeds
