Brand new and in the box (light bar is not in box). None of them used or mounted. These were Christmas gifts for my son last year and then he sold his FJ. Lights are amber colored lights. About $1,200-$1,400 worth of stuff... Note: light bar does not have lights attached and front grill shown has lights sold separately. $150 and you pay for shipping (estimate about $60 but that is just a guess). Honestly, I have no idea. I would have to go to a UPS store and have them quote it but I would guess $60 for ground via UPS
