Had similar symptoms and the driver's side forwardmost cat was toast. They think an electronic module was causing the condition that ultimately led to the failure of the cat. Replaced both the module and the cat and all has been well since.

The fault code is new to me though. Haven't heard that one but I didn't look at it when the mechanic was doing the work either.
