Has anyone who has dealt with Autohome found their communication to be less than stellar?

While I have been assured of having a RTT on hold for me .......... I pretty much had to insist they take a deposit from me as I don't want to miss out on the next load from Italy.

Nothing bad mind you, it just doesn't seem to be a normal mode of operation.

I have contacted them before.
My experience is they don't typically have a lot of stuff in stock but they usually get back to me within a few days of an email. I've called and left messages before and they usually get back to me within 24 hours as well.
I think they run a small operation in the U.S.

Well, my tent made port and they billed me for it. I quess I own an "Extreme" now :smile. Hopefully I'll have it in a week or so.

They say good things are worth waiting for and this has been a long wait.

I email Andrew or Mike there, and get a response pretty quick.
They just sent me an LED battery operated light for my Airlander a few weeks back, and early last week I received a stuff sack for the ladder to keep the bedding clean.
Back in 2008 there were no bags included, but they do now.
You should have one for yours.

Hope your tent clears customs soon.
