My 2011 came with the pod. I love it. You can find them on ebay, but they're pricey. I noticed that there were 2 listed for under $300 right next to the picture of the REALLY EXPENSIVE ONE the OP posted.

Bracket are you referring to what holds it on to the dashboard underneath the dash and the stock connectors/harness.. yes all that.
