What should the bolts be torqued to?

I just torque them to the same spec as your other wheels! 85lbs if IIRC:)

I am talking about the 4 nuts/bolts that secure the mount to the rear door.

Torque specs for those 4 nuts are at 35 ft lbs. The rear wheel mounts to that bracket with 65 ft lbs. Go to myfjcruiser.com if youd like to double check though. I got the specs from the torque specs table towards the end of the SS section.
