Who does? I still haven't found one on a Gobi Stealth rack.

I've had a couple of great buying experience through TACOZILLA.
Search on lift kits or whatever else you are looking for and then contact the vendors in the discussions. I found them all very knowledgeable and several of the dealers offered good discounts.
