If you read the descriptions, it does some cool things like making automatic panoramic images, and combining "burst" shot images into motion gifs. There is not any control over these features, so sometimes the pictures are a little off.
Examples.
This looks Awesome! It took 3 pictures out of order to build this one.
These have some issues. See if you can spot the problems
(Hint, 2 Ty!s are better than one)
I'm sure Metal Tech would like this one. See any problems.
As fas as I an tell it part of the Picasa and Google+ online photo sharing.
I've been using Picasa on the desktop for years now, along with the online photo sharing. I've never been a big fan of he Google+ stuff, but its all about the social networking now. It just seemed easier to use the old picasa web albums vs the google+ albums, especially when you wanted to share a picture on a forum.
If you can setup your free Gmail account, then you can get the Picasa account for online picture sharing. Once you upload the pictures "Auto Awesome" just takes over. It would be nice to have some control over it, but it does a pretty good job on its own.
Curious, how many stills are used in the FJ water crossing and the FJ40 crossing? Just guessing it looks something like 3 and 10???? Trying to gauge how much "filler" Google is extrapolating to make the gifs

The thought occurred to me that it could be useful if we could have some of the medical / paramedic attendees spread amongst the trail groups.
This might...

FJSummit has posted over 1000 photos of this years big event! Trails, family, friends, sponsors, behind the scenes at Toyota's 2014 4Runner press run, the big top and Sunday Main street takeover.
Big thanks to FJSummit's official Paparazzi, Kristin Kritz! I am guessing she has a photo of you...
For all of those who were in attendance to this years summit, we were given the opportunity to see old friends, visit old and new places, and to meet new friends. This year I had the opportunity to meet a young man who a co-worker of mine had known for years, Bryan Stordahl. For those of you...
