Can Discount tire get their hands on the Hankook ATM RF10? I have been looking at that tire and the only site that seems to have them is tire-easy.com

Very Interested....

This is a brand new design for late 2008. It is scheduled for release in October. Pricing from Hankook hasn't been set yet. :( Good looking tire though, I'll be interested to read the reviews.

That tire has an interesting tread pattern. Not really a MT, but more like an AT:

The DynaPro RT03 (on the right) is definitely more aggressive (shown for comparison purposes)...

The tread pattern looks very similar to Nitto Terra Grapplers.

Thank DiscountTire! You do your job well. The choice for me is now between these, the Mich LTX AT2 and Silent Armors in 33.2" dia.

I am really screwed because there is so little out there in a narrow 35" for an 18" wheel. I have monster 325/65/18 Nitto TG's that are just killing me ... 13" wide.

Here is the Hankook you mentioned above
Hankook ATM RF10

For a mud terrain I think the Kumho MT KL71's with siping are better

Yeah the larger sizes are generally wider as well. You could look at the 35x12.50-18's for options or the 305/70-18 (12" wide). I know the Nitto Dura Grappler is being made in the 305/70's but I don't show any others at this time. The Dura Grapplers are more of a highway tire than they are an AT though.

Good find. Seems Hankook may be holding out on us. I am having our tire department look into this again, it seems they may have received some miss information from Hankook or its laging. Thank you for posting gottagetone, I'll try to get more information as for whats available now and whats coming. :phone:

Latest update on this... We are working on getting pricing from Hankook on these. We will offer them as soon as we can. Best ETA I can get out of our purchasing department is "soon". I will post up when I have more information. Thank you for your patience.

I just put the ATM RF10's on my GMC PU, they l look good.

I needed an e rated tire (3/4 ton truck) I pull horse trailer with.
I replaced Nitto Terra Grapplers, they were great tires, and I would have bought them again but they were almost $400 more for the set than the originals.

I’m thinking of the Hankook RT03’s or the Kumho KL 71 for my FJ. Bu I may fall back to the Hankook ATM RF10's for the FJ too.
