Are you including the rest of the bracket that is under the bumper? The brackets that you show attached to the bottom of the lights are designed to be used with the support under the bumper skin.

I don't recall any under bumper bracket. I do remmember a spacer. You are welcome to what ever I have for it.

If the Dealer/installer did the job correctly, there are 4 spacers on top and under the bumper there is a support bracket that you can't normally see.
