Hate to say it, but look for the search function on the forum. You will find everything you need in short order. Or just look at the first few pages of threads in this newbie forum and you will find more than enough to be well armed in your review of the vehicle.
Take the VIN and put it into www.toyota.com/owners to see the service records of any service performed by any Toyota dealer.
Looks like a plasti-dip special. The rims and trim were silver to start. You can see it flaking off where the rims have rubbed. That being said, if it's relatively rust-free, the paint is good, and there aren't any signs of hard off-roading (scraping, denting, etc. to the undercarriage or skids), it looks like a solid deal. Take it to a reputable mechanic to have an inspection done before you buy it, if possible.
It looks like it has all the basic stuff you need. ie. rear locker. Engine changed in 2010. Not sure if it makes a big deal. Overall vehicle performance doesn't differ much over the years. Ultimately you'll probably want to personalize it. So aside from the locking diff, I feel colour is the big determinant. The leather wheel also seems to hold up better than the poly one.
Turds......this is newbie town and its cool from them to ask, please go post your "search" answers some where more fitting.
As others have mentioned, it has all the basic equipment you would need, paint looks good, can't tell if in the picture of the driver side wheel if that is the fender liner hanging down or a weird reflection.
As always take it to reputable shop for an inspection.
