UPDATE:
Alas, the one I was looking at sold Saturday just after I found it on the dealers website!

But it's okay, here is my plan B:

I think I even like it a little better, even though it is missing the nice simple stuff like temp guage/inclino, 6 disc and sub... But, it makes up for the missing stuff with the heavier bumpers and 6" lift :king:

I've talked to the seller, so I know this one is still for sale! lol

The thread is updated with the 'new' FJ at post #23

Try to find out why it was traded in.
Looks nice, crawl under and check for trail damage..
If it looks good, have them throw in a complete fluid changed out (diffs, xfer case and trany). Make sure they put in synthetics of your choice.
HTH..

Looks good. You may want to find a qualified (ASE certified) independent auto repair shop nearby that can do an inspection while you wait. Also ask the sales rep if the FJ has service records. Good luck! :bigthumb:

Alot
of the stuff you would want to add is already there, that's a plus, but get under it and check it out, ie; seals, basically everything make sure it looks in order, get a warranty out ofthem

looks like front and rear bumpers, winch, new tires, lift kit on the outside,
and two switches for accesseries on left of steering wheel. Another switch under left side of dash, maybe winch control. From the pics there are no
visible damage or even scratches along the side or the plastic fender edges.
Like the others said, get under the thing and look for damages, bends, mud,
and any other thing that looks abused. If it still gives you chill bumps, get your wallet out and take the plunge!!! Make the best deal you can do. You only live once, get a FJ.:rocker:
If you can afford one, then all you have to do now is have the time and money to enjoy it!!!!!!!

Wow, you came up!
From what? lol

Can anyone tell me what the thing directly below the steering wheel is? It almost looks like an aux 12v plugin of some sort?

Nice TRD wheels too. They are worth something as well.

All good suggestions from the members. Can't think of anything to add. Have no idea what that is under the wheel. Now where have I seen that rig before?? Blue shackles seem to stand out in my mind.
You will be needing some Ellis Precision shift knobs and Oh $hit handles. Price looks pretty decent.
