That wimpy factory horn on my FJ has to go. After listing to numerous sound bytes of air horns and others, I recall my mom had a Cadillac that had a great sounding horn. After a little research I found the better sounding Cadillac horns were actually 4 horns - A, C, D & F notes. I just orders a set of used ones off e-bay. Has anyone installed a set on their FJ? If so, where did you mount the horns and relay? Did you bring power to the relay straight from the battery or the fuse block? Any other suggestions?

Power to the "new" horn relay directly from the battery (through a fuse). Trigger the new relay with the output of the existing one.

You might need to do a little creative bracket fab, but there is plenty of room for 4 standard GM horns behind the grill (in front of the radiator).
