I was looking at possibly fabricating some brackets that could be bolted to the box steel frame behind the lower front grill but not sure just how that grill is removed. Since its plastic I did not wish to break it getting it loose without some tips from others that have done so. My plan if possible would be to make a couple of brackets that han be run thru the lower openings and bolted down to that painted black box steel assy behind the lower front. Have them powder coated and the extend forward thru those openings and bolt the lights up on them. If done right the would be real sturdy and look better than the OEM plastic setups that mount to the top of the bumper plus they would be lower as well. Anyway, how does that grill come out. Thanks for any help all.

You have to remove the front bumper plastic cover.
