I have 2007 FJ cruiser and I change the engine. After I change the engine these light start coming up. Engine light, VSC light and VSC trac. How do I remove them

What code is being thrown? Please read the OBD port with a code reader.

Most auto parts stores will plug in their reader and tell you the codes for no charge.

Best case: driver's side exhaust post-catalytic converter oxygen sensor.
Worst case: time for a new catalytic converter on the driver's side exhaust.
Been there; done that.

start with changing the much, much less expensive sensor first (and the sensor is more likely to have failed, rather than the Cat)
