I've owned four in this order:
1995 Tacoma Xtra Cab 4cyl 2x4
1997 Tacoma Xtra Cab V6 4x4
2015 Venza V6 XLE
2010 FJ Cruiser

I totally forgot about the '95 Taco when I voted, DOH! Drove the '97 for 20 years before I needed the FJ... The '95 is the only one that I don't have still. I am sure it is still out there on the road somewhere making somebody happy.

I have my eye on my grandfather's '97 FZJ80, hope to include it in my army one day. (I really hate saying that because there is only one way he will ever get rid of it...)

Over the years I/we have/had several Toyotas and also a few Lexus models :

1995 Toyota 4Runner SR5 - Black (135k , sold it like an buffoon to buy the RX300)
1999 Lexus RX300 - Black (still driving it - 145k, no issues except normal wear and tear)
2012 Lexus RX450h - Silver (48k, still driving it as well)
2012 Toyota FJ Cruiser - Army Green (67k, just got it on 7/26/18, will be daily flyfishing truck)

Convinced my folks to be Toyota only as well :

2003 Toyota Tundra - Black (ultra low 47k miles, pretty much a work truck)
2014 Toyota Highlander - White (65k, daily driver)

Consumer Reports continues to list Toyotas a top #2 - #5 of all vehicles on the road today

I still need to make my introduction newbie post - Cheers all, Brian in Branson, MO

I have owned 14 different trucks/cars from the various manufactures in my 25 years of driving. I have almost always owned a Toyota as a daily driver, though. You can not beat Toyota’s reliability. Below is my list;

91 Toyota 2WD Truck - My first car I bought when I was 16 yrs old. Fab’d up a body lift in my HS auto shop class. Could have purchased one for $60, but what fun would have that been. Fit 31” tires under it (stock was 22”). Drove it like a teenager for several years, without any issues, besides burning up a clutch (which probably had to do with the oversized tires and not changing the gear ratio).

02 Tacoma - Beat the crap out of this truck too for a couple of years, then sold it to my dad. He drove it until last year, when he replaced it with Tundra. Never had a single problem.

03 Corolla - The only Toyota I have ever had an issue with. Motor seized at 90K. I can only attribute this to the lack of matainence by the priovious owner. My family has owner north of 20 Corollas, and all have made to the 300K range without issue.

07 Camry - My commuter car for 328K miles. Never an issue.

07 FJC - Owned for 10 months and plan to keep it in the family for many years to come.
