Any fitment issues with the rear Expedition One bumper? I agree it would look nice if you black out side mirrors and handles.

Looking good already though!

I did have to cut the Bushwackers to fit them over the Expedition One rear bumper (circled in the pic).

I cleaned up most of my relays with a Cooper Bussmann RFRM relay box assembled by Skygear and mounted to a bracket designed and sourced by SpeedRye - see http://www.fjcruiserforums.com/forums/stereo-electronics-electrical/157834-spod-ha.html#post2348904

Install pics:

I wasn't comfortable with rubber tubing rubbing against the aluminum bracket so I slipped some 3/4" thermo-flex wire-hose insulation over them - no more rubbing.

Real good lookin rig, how do you like the expedition one sliders?
Thanks. I really like the E1 sliders - they look good and, more importantly, they're really strong and do what they're supposed to do. I've scraped them up several times, but with a quick spray of Rustoleum they look like new

Installed a Hayden Automotive 1010 power steering oil cooler. What a PITA it is to connect the rubber hoses ...

New Department of the Interior overhead console - switches are all wired up, mostly through the Bussmann relay module. Right now only the compressor is hooked up, but I'll be installing lights soon and then a front air locker (along with a regear). I also painted the light bezels black, but after I took these pics.

Seat fans? Please tell me more. Link?
I installed this system. To be honest, it doesn't work half as good as I had hoped. I have had ventilated seats in a Lexus and they were awesome. Anyway, I think the padding on the Clazzio seat covers is too thick for the fans to provide much cooling effect. The cooling from the fans in the seat back is noticeable, but when you're sitting in the seat there is not much effect on the legs.
