Decisions, decisions.Planning on some larger tires in the near future?
I know what you mean, I ran 315/75R16 Yokahama Geolander MT's on my first FJ. I loved the looks and their general off-road kickassyness, but I had to make a lot of concessions, like poor gas mileage and inability to fit in the garage (with stock roof rack).Decisions, decisions.
Sounds good!Looks good sir. Almost color matches.
Suture Kit, check. Adding manual B/P cuff, Pulse Ox & stethoscope to mine. On the weekend Adventures, I "borrow" the office O2 tank & AED.
Well, the most difficult part of the install was removing those silly plastic fasteners under the fender. Since I was going to paint the bumper wings, I took the front bumper off too. There's a bolt under the bumper that holds the front of the fender flare in. Don't even bother detaching the back portion of the fender flare. You just need to move the whole thing out of the way.I need to get a snorkel too, but I'm not ready to Swiss Cheese the fender just yet. Maybe seeing you do it will inspire me. :bigthumb:
Thanks Archy. I wish everything were Archy this am. The wife just returned from her night shift with a sad, worried face. Fearfully, she asked, "Why did you do that? It looks like a Cobra to me!"Nice looking snorkel.
