This is weird,
I've got a loud scraping/rubbing noise from the front left wheel area, then all my dashlights light up (abs trac ect..) and it goes away. I replaced all the brake pads hopeing that would solve it, but no good. Any ideas out there?

Thank you

sounds like the thin dust shield is bent and rubbing. take the tire off and try to spin the rotor and bend it back by hand if so. those things are flimsy and just putting the tire on can knock it out of wack/

The dash lights come on and stay on, the noise stops completely.I'm thinking it has to do with the sensor or abs but not shure.
