Thanks for the feedback. I'm not sure why I would bother seasoning a ceramic set, seems to be an unnecessary step for that type of cookware.You are welcome.
One guy over on Mud's site suggested putting the pan in the oven upside down as to avoid a sticky goo of polymerized oil.
They did not mention that in the instructions, but it may have helped.
I am ordering another omelet pan today, and will try it out next weekend without seasoning it.
I am looking at adding a set of ceramic magma's for the trail, but I don't think I will be able to leave the dutch oven out of the mix. I have too many recipes and too much cooking/seasoning invested in it to not take it with. :cheers:
