Here's my dilemma, and I need some advice....
What I want:
Wheelers 16" steelies
Toyo Open Country AT 285/75R16

What I don't want:
To pay about $200 a piece for the Toyos...

I found the tires at National Tire and Wheel, and they'll ship freight to my door, but I don't want to end up paying about $30 (each) to have the tires mounted, balanced, stemmed...

Should I suck it up, order the wheels and then buy the tires from a local dealer at a large cost or buy the wheels and tires separately, and then take them to a local shop for mounting/balancing/etc.?

I guess it depends on how bad you want them. If you are willing to wait, sometimes you'll find deals with slightly used tires. If you're looking for new Toyos, I've never seen any great discount from any specific dealer. The price seem to be pretty even everywhere.
