Looks like a modded brush guard.

Looks like this is a moded Aries Grill Guard, with the side wings remove. I'd attach a piture of the current grill guard for comparison.

Most likely a custom job by Millen. If you look at the tube part, two tubes go through the screens on the plastic part of the front bumper.

Like what I did with mine, it is now a push guard.
