I had mine done at Eastern Truck & Acessories (ETA) on Virgina Beach Blvd in Norfolk (right down from the intersection of VB Blvd & Military HWY). They did a really good job. Got my lift and tires there, great customer service and very timely.

Another good shop that my buddy went to is Pungo Offroad (Pungo Virginia - actually Virginia Beach).

ETA is a lot closer, but they both do great work.

Check out the Fj Bruisers. There are members close to New Port News.
They do tech meets all the time. Join their club and make the meet. Even post offering beer and pizza for the help. Trust me it is easy, with the right tools (two set of spring compressor, Torque Wrench). Having someone that has done it before show you how to do it is a great feeling. 3 hours (MAX) the most to do the lift.

Welcome Frush. I'm in Hampton, but don't have any direct experience with shops doing this kind of work.
