I have mine off at the moment here in Las Vegas. Someone was about to buy it but I haven't heard from them. I have the installation docs including the template all printed out and it's ready to go for a good price. Perfect shape since it wasn't on the rig long. PM me if you are interested, but I don't think I'd be able to ship it.
