We go out for lunch today to some Mom and Pop diner. The special:

Friend Chicken and Waffels

Seriously? What do you top them with? Syrup? White Country gravey? Sprinkles?

I've heard of Waffle fries... I like them with a little mayo katchup hot sause and cajun seasoning mixture.

O.K. am I missing something here? My hobby second only to the FJ is eating FOOD.

Grew up in Boston, and i'm still here. Even I can say I have had em. It is definately a must try dish before you die. Awesome combo! The south does it the best though!

I have had a Turducken and wasn't very impressed.

Fried Pickles? Is there anything ya'll don't/won't fry?

I saw an episode on some food channel where there is a restaurant that will serve anything you ask for fried. Can't remember the name or where it was located but they talked about frying slices of pizza among other things.

Fried Snicker bars are pretty damn good too.
