Well, today I almost fell backwards next to my FJ. I was opening the driver's side door when I saw these bubbles on the paint. One of the bubbles had already cracked open and showing the inside white coating. What a bummer! After 4 years and 69K miles I thought this wouldn't be a problem.
But just wanted to share a couple of pictures of the area.

another angle: don't mind the jeep next door :)

sorry for the small notes on the pic, but I already described the problem herein.

Do you wax your FJ?
No waxing.
Thanks Athena; But, yes, very similar problem if not the same.
Now to open up the door and see what is going on in my case.

Now I'll be keeping a close eye on both doors to make sure it doesn't happen again.
I went to the dealer today and was told that they can not do a thing until
their certain regional rep comes to their store to inspect the bubbling.
They don't know when she is coming in; it can take 4-6 weeks.

They also mentioned that the paint job has only a 3 year warranty.

FJGorilla; Let us know of any findings.
