Hi

Picking up my 2011 FJ in a few weeks. I'm aware of the Springtail Solutions pet barrier that mounts over the 2nd row seats and intend on getting one.

Our three small dogs will be sitting on the 2nd row seats. What are folks doing to block dogs from access to the front seats. (Our mighty 12 lb Shih tzu doesn't do well with a harness to seat belt. Total of three small dogs.)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We purchased an adjustable generic pet barrier from Wal Mart to keep the critters out of the front seats. Have a picture, but photobucket not letting my login.

Springtail makes a quality product, so you will be pleased with the rear one they offer.

This is what I've used for years . Works great . Easy to install and remove .

Our dogs are a bit larger, but we use mouse traps. We would set them and leave on the front seats. After the dogs snap them once or twice, they will stay away from them, and it is no longer necessary to set them. Just put one trap on each front seat, and we are good!
