Does anyone know where I can find a rear lower shock mount?

I made a very very stupid mistake, must have been completely out of it. Late in the day, tired, ect. All the recipe for stupid decisions.

I took the bolt out of the driver's side lower rear shock mount to replace the shock guard and thought I had sheared the bolt in half in the mount.
I figured I would just drill through the bolt housing right through to the other side, buy a grade 8 bolt and nut and call it a day.

After drilling through 1.5” of the housing, I looked over at the bolt again and noticed it was rounded at the end.

I did not break the bolt at all, it is just very very short 17mm bolt. No idea how I missed this.

Not sure what to do at this point, I have weakened the bolt mount.

At the moment, I have cut a 3/8 carriage bolt to fill the void space (97% tight) and put the factory bolt back in.

-Should I fill the 1.5” with a cut off bolt and then apply some filling compound, JB weld?

-Try and find a replacement mount to have welded on?

-Just continue to drill through and install the grade 8 bolt?

Thanks for any suggestions on a very stupid mistake.

If you want a mount Currie may be worth a call. They have a bolt in rear end for the FJ, they may sell you just the mount, their version.
