INSTALLATION OF RAZORWINGS

First you need to remove the stock bumper wings. You can access them by removing these (3) 10mm bolts at the bottom corner of the bumper.

Once the bolts are removed, you should be able to pull the lower corner piece to the side and down giving you enough room to reach inside the rear of the bumper cover. It will still be held on by a few plastic clips.

This is what the back of the stock wings looks like when installed. You can see the white retainer clips and a few other tabs that hold it in place. You can use a flathead screwdriver to help you remove the retaining clips and then you can just pull the wing off.

Cut out and tape the template to the outside of the wing. Align the black rectangles to the tab holes in the bumper cover. Shining a light closely and directly from behind can help with this. Then mark the center of the * symbols for your holes. Remove the template and verify that your marks line up well with the bolts on the RazorWing. If you need to make any adjustments it is okay if the holes are a bit bigger than specified because the bolts will be secured from behind with large fender washers.

You can optionally seal the factory tab holes. The ones on the front and back may be slightly exposed because they are right on the edge. An easy way to do this is to back the holes with tape and then seal with black rtv silicone or plastic epoxy. Scrape any excess with a business card.

Fit the RazorWing with the included fender washers and locking nuts using a deep 17mm socket or open wrench. Secure but do not over-tighten.

Reinstall the (3) 10mm bolts to the lower corner and repeat for the other side.

Thanks, I've had mine for a couple of weeks now, but no time to install them.
They look very well made, good job.
