Where is the reset for the 400w inverter thats in th cargo area? Is it a reset or fuse?
There's a fuse. Check in the area near below the steering or the fuse box in engine compartment by battery. I can't remember which one, but it's labeled.

OK, Thanks I'll check the book. That would suck if I poped the fuse & did not know how to reset it. Are you sure there isn't a reset button?

Make sure the button on the dash is NOT engaged when you start the engine.

Thanks, I know enough to check the draw on the item I'm plugging in. Just wanted to be sure if there was some kind of reset in between the outlet & the fuse box. Thanks..

Wouldn't you have to be holding it in for it to be engaged when you turn the key? The button is not a toggle type.

According to the manual, you want it in the off position (light off) when starting. Not sure why this is set up thos way. Kinda weird.

You also have to be aware you won't get the full 400w from the inverter unless you are in Park or Neutral. It drops to 100w once you've moved the transmission lever. At that point, you have to turn the inverter off, put your rig back in Park or Neutral and then turn the inverter back on.

(a) The maximum capacity is 115 VAC/400W when the following condition applies:
"Automatic transmission models: The selector lever is in the “P” or “N” position.
"Manual transmission models: The shift lever is in the neutral position and the clutch pedal is not depressed.

(b) The maximum capacity is 115 VAC/100W when the following condition applies:
"Automatic transmission models: The selector lever is moved to any positions other than “P” and “N”.
"Manual transmission models: The clutch pedal is depressed. A maximum capacity of 400W can only be restored by turning the power outlet main switch off and then on again under condition (a) described above.
