[Weedo]

Installed the Rock Rails and Skid Plate today. I took a couple pics along the way but this was SOOO easy I'm not sure there was a need. Overall install time was about 20 minutes for the Skid Plate and 40 for the Rock Rails. If I was to do it again it would be about 10/25 minutes.

Impressions:

Skid Plate: has the bolts sticking out farther than I would like. Good spot to get sheered off on a rock. Otherwise, it's heavy duty (and a bit heavy which is good).

Rock Rails: very heavy and very solid feeling. Excellent quality, fit, finish, and excellent fit when installed. They're fairly tight to the body. I think they'll do their job very well!

Skid Plate: you can see where the bolts stick out a bit farther than I would like them (not a big deal though)

Weedo - Good post. Thanks for the closeups. I noticed you didn't get a roof rack. Do you plan to add one in the future? Reasons for or against?

I ordered all the goodies through my Dealer (Tempe Toyota in Tempe AZ). The Roof Rack and Off Road Lights are back ordered. The Roof Rack should be here soon, but the Off Road Lights weren't even available at all. They weren't sure on a date.

Yep, both windows are tinted 30% (35% being "legal" in AZ so it's not much darker).

Not sure about the ARB Bumper yet. The wife okayed the TRD Exhaust but I think I'll skip it and go for some more off-road goodies. The 500rwhp Cobra is more than enough for power if I ever feel like going fast!
