Also, we have engaged several clubs already to do a dinner on one of the off nights. Your club would provide the food and charge per plate. Your club would keep all the dinero and you would be doing a service to the event and have fun meeting everyone too. PM me for more details. Right now we have STLCA doing breakfast Th/Fr/Sa. The big event dinner (included with registration) is Saturday night. I think the Lowcountry guys are going to do a fish-fry or lowcountry boil on Thursday or Friday night.
