Hello,
I helping with the modification of FJC and solve the front bumper now.
Unfortunately in our coutry is only available ARB, or Lovell's, which in our appearance don't visually fit on FJC.
We was found a Road Armor bumper in version Titan, but unfortunately for us it is not available and the shipping would cost more, as the bumper itself and all it came out around 4.000USD :(

Would someone owner be so kind and can send me a few basic dimensions? I want let make this bumber there.

Thanks guys

Czech Republic

PS: Sorry for my English :silly:

Other modification: 33x12,5 Cooper STT, 30mm wheel spacers, body mount chop, winch 12.500lbs (still not installed) and ordered Dobinsons 60mm lift kit, ARB rear locker, bushwacker fenders and Safari snorkel

If you want, I can post some pics after instalation.

PPS: Have anyone experience with ARB overhade console in FJC?

I think he is saying that he wants somebody who owns a road armor titan bumper to physically measure the dimensions of each plate, so that he can then take those measurements and literally build his own. I think.

Call me a pessimist, but I don't think you're going to get an answer this way. You need very precise measurements if you're going to weld it all up. Basically you're going to need a person who is a welder, or at least a craftsman by trade and has access to a RA titan bumper. Sounds like a rare combination.

Hornsfan: Thanks, but I know this link.

Capt Sensible: I do not want any dimension, only a few basic, such as the photo.

Photo in full resolution is there:
Picasa Web Albums - 10961617743573794... - Road Armor

If we will have few basic dimensions, we can make similar copy. We don't want exact copy, only same look like Road Armor. I hope you understand me.

Thanks again

Subscribing to this thread to see what these guys build next. Some jerk's gonna tell them $1K to ship a lift kit lol and out comes the welding machine.

As everyone else has said, that's an amazing job replicating the bumper, yours looks fantastic.
