sorry guys,
i could use some search button but not really getting exact answer that i want.
im debating between BFG AT KO 295/75/16 and BFG AT KO 285/75/16.
they said 295 will rub. but i do not wanna think that way!
im currently running RC 3" lift, TRD 16" wheels. oh and spidertraxx spacer. i think its 1.75" one? the biggest one they make.
i do not wanna body mount chop.
i have to make decision by tomorrow morning!

295's or 285's????

I ran 295/75/R16 Nitto Terra Grapplers on a 3" spacer lift and had no rub. By having the wheel spacers and pushing your wheels outboard, you may have to do the chop.

You could always remove the spacers until you find a place to chop if needed.

Pretty sure you're going to need the chop with either of those if you keep the spacers.

A chop is not so bad. It's actually kind of liberating.

BM = Body Mount.

Since it runs semi-diagonally, when you push your tire out either through wider tires and/or spacers, when you turn the wheel, it increases the chance of rubbing the body mount.

When you turn right, the right tire hits the passenger BM then when you turn left the left tire hits the drivers side BM.

As a real-world scenario...

When I mounted my 285/70/17s on the stock wheels they fit fine. Then when I put the spacers on, they rubbed really badly on the body mounts.

True, the 285s I am running are 33.3" tall, which is tall for a 285, but not enough of a difference from most other brands in the same 285 size.

Well, it's now tomorrow afternoon, so if you haven't pulled the trigger yet, I'd do as Athena suggests. Take your time and do some more research.
