I would like to get a set of steel wheels for our 11 FJ for winter tires.

Was wondering where to get them. Tirerack didn't have any steel wheels.

Is there any cross reference to what will fit an '11? Will a 2010 FJ steel wheel fit? Other years?

I found some on ebay, for other years, but don't want to buy until I can confirm what will actually fit. I don't want to assume a 2007 wheel will fit an '11

I have a complete set of 5 Toyota Steel Wheels, perfect condition, off my new 2011 FJ with 400 total miles on them. Toyota wants $181.00 Each if you call their parts department. I'll send them to you for $500,you pay the frieght. I purchased the 2011 in Phx this past February from Avondale Toyota and drove is back to So Cal then put new wheels on mine. If you're interested let me know. They are boxed and ready to ship.
