How do the hubcaps for the stock steelies fit? I'm trying to figure out if
they'll go my Tundra steelies. They have a sort of squared off sawtooth
pattern around the perimeter of the central hole, into which the Tundra
hubcap's 'tabs' fit. But they cover the lugs and are kind of, well, fru-fru
looking. I have a chrome set and a matte silver set--- I like neither. I'd
rather just the central 'hub' cap like the factory FJ steelies use.

Someone help me out here--- how do the OE steelies' center caps
fit on the wheels? Or, what does the hole in the OE steelies look like?

I'm trying to figure out if I can just get some stock FJ steelie center caps
and pop 'em into these Tundra wheels for the winter.

Do me a major favor and measure the diameter across the tabs,
and tell me the number of tabs. I have a feeling that that all the
hub- and center caps fit into the same type of center opening.

Thanks. That looks a LOT like the same as the Tundra wheels.

I'll measure my Tundra parts and confirm.

Yep--- that's it. Definitely the same center-hole configuration, shape,
and size, so the FJ center caps should fit on these 16"s. Thanks for
your help. Maybe the same center caps are used on the 6-bold Tacoma
wheels---
