I tried installing my subs today and i dont have a place on my head unit to plug in my rca cables its the stock head unit an friend of mine told me to get rca adapter cables but i have no idea wut they look like has anyone had any problems installing this and if so howd did u fix it and if you no where to get a rca adapter cable and put up a pic of it id appreciate it

What you are looking for is a high (speaker) level to low (RCA) level converter. You would tap off or splice into the rear or front speaker wire (which ever you prefer). And then hook the adaptor to your RCA cables running back to your sub amp. Here is the link. This is one of the better ones on the market. I will sometimes use them at work in a home audio system. This one will work perfect for a car since it is all passive. Good luck
