Hopefully you're okay! Cars can be replaced but YOU cannot be. Also, glad to see you're still in the Toyota family. If the FJ wasnt so cool I'd consider a Rav4 TRD Offroad model, however, my wife wants the new Sequoia which I absolutely love.
The Rav4 would get better mileage than the Sequoia but not have as much room inside or tow capacity. From personal experience, stay far far away from 2019 to 2022 Rav4's. It took Toyota a few years to iron out some major issues with that complicated 4WD drivetrain and ironing out the many production line problems with building the new model car. By now it looks like a reliable car.
