Yes, I am aware there is already a sticky outlining many of the various options of lifts/spacer setups for the FJ. As a newbie to the FJ community (as many of the visitors to the forum are) it would be super helpful for members to post a picture of their rides with the exact brand and type of lift that was installed on it so others could browse through all in one area looking for the best setup that would fit thier needs. If this already exists, can someone please forward the link my way? I have spent days pouring over all the amazing rides on here and while I have learned alot I think this would be a valuable STICKY to have and probably save from 1000's more "WHAT KIND OF LIFT SHOULD I GET?" posts.

Anyone want to start off the list?

NOTE from Athena:  Please list your tires, wheels, lift, and other info that makes your fj look like it does :D

Re: How bout a LIFTED FJ STICKY?????

hmmm smart... I'll start...

I've got Old Man Emu 3" heavy lift (886 fronts 896 rears), bushwhackers gives the illusion it looks higher since the plastic is much higher than stock fender flares. Since this picture I've switched bumpers to a tube bumper (landcruiser northwest) and it's much lighter making it sit higher..
My wheels are the cheap ol Discount Tire Brand, 16" Gunners, tires are 35/10.5/r16 super swampers.

My build page is in my sig

Re: How bout a LIFTED FJ STICKY?????

I agree, good thread.

Just a though...

More Specifics... What setup you're running, like lift, how many inches and manufacturer. Tires including size, wheels including size and offsets. If you run wheel spacers, etc...etc...I think that would help a lot of people instead of having a crap ton of threads asking pretty much the same questions.

Here's mine:

Performance of this setup has been flawless. No issues whatsoever. You do have upkeep like greasing the zerks on the adjustable links, and adding some lube to the upper a-arms, but it's to be expected.

Front: Walker Evans remote res coilovers 3" lift - All Pro upper a-arms
Rear: Walker Evans remote res shocks and 2" springs - All Pro adjustable upper and lower links - Icon panhard bar - Extended brake lines
Wheels: 17x9 -12 offset American Racing Chamber Teflon (part # 3985-7983)
Tires: Maxxis Bighorn 305/70/17
Wheel spacers: Yes 1 1/4 (But you don't need them with the wheels I run)

Heres my FJ with Old Man Emu Med setup front and rear. I still have the stock tires though which look really goofy.
