A more detail orriented explaination of this insurance would be appreciated.
Like I said on the conference call, TLCA has an Insurance policy that is available to any TLCA Club to use. By getting the Rising Sun involved we could use the policy. This has a lot of benefits besides cheap insurance. Toyota will be more inclined to support a TLCA Event since they have done lots of TLCA events. They know they will be run well and they will not have to worry about bad PR from just a bunch of Off roaders. I am working on the details of what needs done but attending the Rising Sun meeting would be a great first step.

thanks Phil!! Can we also get some third party insurance info too to do a comparison for both?
Until I get a copy of the policy it will be hard to compare apples with apples. I know when we sponsor Golf tournaments with a Hole-in-one prize the policy is around $800.00. When we checked on this a couple years ago the premium was over $1k. I have been in contact with TLCA and they are excited about the event. They have offered to help in any way they can. I will update everyone when I have more. I will check into other insurance but I feel we will be wasting our time.

Phil, would you want to follow up on this, or shall I? I'd really like to make a comparison first....just so we can see our options...

Jason,

I work with James Chippendale and Lorna Greenwood. I think we may be able to help you but I will need more information to submit to the companies. Please give me a call so that we can discuss. I look forward to working with you.

Kind regards,
