still looking forward to seeing everyone again!
That's still the key for me. Even if I didn't hit one trail, I consider it a family / school reunion that doesn't suck.

ahhhhhhhhh feels good to register today.
1st timer and can't wait!

Thur: work/ travel day getting in late probably
Fri: Cali and corkscrew 8:30 with the family
Sat: Black bear 7:30 solo

Just like lawndart145 said saving the best for last. With 2 babies under 2 I'm not even going to subject wife to that torcher.

Can anyone tell me approximately how long (ball park) the runs take?

Cali / Cork will take around 4 hours probably. Black Bear will take longer b/c you have to drive back from Telluride. 5/6 hours is typical.

Make sure you find someone to register with on Thursday when you get in or you won't be able to run trails on Friday.

When it get's closer to the time, look out for a schedule, we might do early morning registration for some late comers. If not, when it gets closer, PM me, we'll get you settled. Don't PM me now, I'll certainly forget by the time the event comes around!

I'm very happy with the newly opened up trails (since I registered late!)

Thurs: Alpine Loop Photo 9:30
Friday: Black Bear Photo 9:30
Sat: Poughkeepsie Gulch 9:30

This will be my first year, so needless to say, I have been excited about this for some time.

Anyone think MUD terrains are needed for any of the above trails? (vs. 20k+ Nittos ATs)

your nittos will be fine, saw many street tires do the runs with no problem.

see you up and maybe we will get to do a run together.

I hit Black Bear day one back in '08. Worked well for me, the wife made an effort to keep quiet and not freak out. The rest of our trails and shelf roads looked super wide and easy the rest of the trip. She was able to relax and shoot some pictures the remaining time.

I really had no idea what to pick. Just wanted something not too early. Should be a great time. All the pictures I have seen look awesome.

There are a ton of open spots for Poughkeepsie gultch, where are all of the people who begged for this to be a sponsored run!?!? Don't forget to get back on the page and make your changes.
