Transmission shudder advice

So I got the infamous shudder and quickly panicked and took it for a wheel balance hoping for the best.. still a shudder so I take it for a transmission fluid change shop calls and they tell me bad internal transmission so then I start really freaking out until I read more into it.. so I’m thinking to just go for a transmission flush and hope that solves it all. What would you guys recommend?

p.s I just hit 223k miles

you can do it if you have flat level ground. 1. take fj for 15-20min drive to get transmission temp up. 2. park on level ground. 3. drain trans fluid from pan. 4.refill to level line plug on pan. 5. take FJ for 5-10min rideaking sure the transmission shifts through all it's gears... repeat steps 2-5....

I'm sure someone else will give additional or other guidance.
oh, and best to ensure you are getting Transmission fluid specifically for Toyota.

I had the shudder...The dealer did a power flush..No more shudder so for after 5k miles.
at what mileage?
that's why I usually say: "before a hundred k flush away, over 100k drain and fills probably a safer bet
