It's a stock paper filter. Cyclone is a trap before the filter.

yeah fj went to jiffy lube for an oil change today, so before i could check back here i had a paper filter in my hand

The TRD CAI can be used with the snokel, there's even a sticky on how to modify the snorkel to fit it with the CAI.
